BANCHAN – KOREAN SESAME SPINACH

Fresh Spinach

tbsp
Soy Sauce
1
tbsp
Sesame Oil
Sesame Seeds
Instructions
Bring large pot of water to a boil
Remove stems from spinach
Blanch spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds and remove
Strain spinach and rinse under cold water
Squeeze excess water from spinach
Cut into chunks
In bowl, mix spinach, sesame oil, soy sauce and sesame seeds
Serve cold
