Beet Infused Simple Syrup
  1. Combine beet juice, water & sugar in stockpot
  2. Cook over medium low heat, stirring frequently until sugar dissolves
  3. Remove from heat, let cool
  4. Optional: Add one TB balsamic vinegar, stir
  5. Store in sealed container and refrigerate
