Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled or Steel Cut Oats uncooked
- 1/3 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar, Maple Syrup, or Honey
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Pinch of Salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a big bowl.
- Add in extra delicious things, such as but not limited to: shelled sunflower seeds, pepitas, shredded coconut, various other nuts, etc.
- Add in your wet ingredients, and stir.
- Spread mixture evenly on lined baking sheet.
- Bake 30-40 min, turning the granola every 15 minutes
- Remove from oven when a nice golden brown color
Recipe Notes
If you plan to add dried fruit of any kind,hold off until the granola is cooked and out of the oven. I learned this one the hard way folks. Burnt and crispy Craisins are NOT a burst of flavor you want in your mouth. Want a slightly different flavor? Add in a couple tablespoons of pure maple syrup, molasses or brown sugar.
