- 1/2 cup Butter softened
- 2 cups Confectioner's Sugar sifted
- 1 tsp Lemon Extract
- 1/2 tsp Fresh Lemon Zest
- Food Coloring optional

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Mix in the lemon extract
- Gradually stir in the confectioner's sugar while continuing to blend ingredients
- Store unused portions in the refrigerator for up to one week
