Ingredients
- 2 16 oz boxes Linguini
- 2-3 bottles Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
- 6 medium Tomatoes chopped
- 2 Green peppers chopped
- 1 medium Purple Onion chopped
- 2 Cucumbers chopped
- 3 lbs Peeled and Cooked Shrimp (I like the tails removed but it isn’t a must)
- 1 bunch Cilantro Leaves chopped (Yes Jennifer, I said Cilantro)

Instructions
- Now comes the hard part… Ready? Cook and drain the pasta.
- Rinse with cool water.
- When the pasta is cool and drained combine all ingredients in a big ass roasting pan (I prefer the aluminum disposable ones you can get at the store) and refrigerate covered overnight.
