Peanut Butter Bacon Cookies
  1. Cook the bacon and set it aside to cool. Preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Next, dump the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. And mix it thoroughly with the electric mixer until the ingredients are blended and creamy.
  4. Crumble your bacon into small chunks and gently fold into your cookie dough with a spatula.
  5. Form the dough into one inch balls and place on an un-greased baking sheet. Using a fork, gently smash down, making a criss-cross pattern.
  6. You can even dip your fork in some white granulated sugar before you smoosh the cookies if you feel like you want an extra little bit of sugar.
  7. Place the cookie sheet in the oven and let it cook for about 10 minutes or until the bottoms are a nice shade of golden brown.
  8. Remove the cookies from the baking sheet and allow to cool on a rack. When they first come out of the oven they can be a bit delicate and tricky to get on the rack, they are delicious but very crumbly.
