- 1 cup Peanut Butter chunky or smooth
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup White Granulated Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Ectract
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 6 strips bacon cooked and diced

Instructions
- Cook the bacon and set it aside to cool. Preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
- Next, dump the rest of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- And mix it thoroughly with the electric mixer until the ingredients are blended and creamy.
- Crumble your bacon into small chunks and gently fold into your cookie dough with a spatula.
- Form the dough into one inch balls and place on an un-greased baking sheet. Using a fork, gently smash down, making a criss-cross pattern.
- You can even dip your fork in some white granulated sugar before you smoosh the cookies if you feel like you want an extra little bit of sugar.
- Place the cookie sheet in the oven and let it cook for about 10 minutes or until the bottoms are a nice shade of golden brown.
- Remove the cookies from the baking sheet and allow to cool on a rack. When they first come out of the oven they can be a bit delicate and tricky to get on the rack, they are delicious but very crumbly.
