Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350f
  2. Whisk together Flour, Cream of Tartar, Baking soda, and Salt and set aside
  3. Beat Butter and Sugar together with Cinnamon until light and fluffy, then add egg and beat some more
  4. Add dry ingredients and beat until fully incorporated
  5. Roll dough into 2 inch diameter balls and roll each ball in cinnamon sugar topping
  6. Place cookies a few inches apart on an non-greased baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes
