Ingredients
- 4 2" Tomatillos (de-husk, wash stickiness off, cut into quarters)
- 4 Roma Tomatoes (cut into quarters)
- 1 small Yellow Onion (cut into quarters)
- 4 cloves garlic (remove dry skins)
- Jalapeno Peppers (to taste)
- 1" Circle Bunch of Cilantro (chopped)
- Fresh Lime Juice
- Salt / Pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- Put all of the above ingredients into food processor. Puree until smoothed into luscious salsa verde! Verde = green raw.
Recipe Notes
Optional: You may hand cut all of the ingredients into small bite size pieces for an artistic visual approach to food presentation.
